Subscription refunds
We offer a full refund of any unused, prepaid subscription period within 14 days of the charge, no questions asked. Used subscription periods are non-refundable.
SMS credit refunds
SMS credit packs are prepaid, one-time purchases. Unused packs may be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase. Consumed SMS credits are non-refundable, as the delivery cost has already been incurred.
How to request a refund
Contact our support with your account email and payment details to initiate a refund.
Processing time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Refunds are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
Exceptions
Promotional or discounted purchases may carry specific refund conditions stated at the time of purchase. Used subscription periods and consumed SMS credits are not eligible for a refund.
