Terms of Use

Acceptance of Terms

By using the ExpireMate application, you accept these Terms of Use in full. This application is owned and managed by Ekstremac doo Kragujevac. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our app.

Service Description

By using the application, you agree to use it responsibly. The following rules apply:

  • You agree to use the app in accordance with applicable laws and not for unlawful purposes.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from improper use of the app or delays in notifications.

Subscriptions, Billing and Cancellation

Some features of ExpireMate are offered as paid subscription plans. The following terms apply to paid plans:

  • Plans and pricing. Current plans and prices are listed on our Pricing page. Prices are shown in EUR and may be subject to applicable taxes.
  • Payment processing. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle’s buyer terms. Paddle issues invoices and handles applicable VAT on our behalf.
  • Automatic renewal. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly, unless stated otherwise) at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period; we do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods except as described in our Refund Policy.
  • Price changes. We may change subscription prices. If we do, we will notify affected users in advance, and changes will apply from your next renewal.
  • Free plan. The free plan is offered „as is“ and may be modified or discontinued, with reasonable notice where required.

SMS Reminders and Recipient Consent

ExpireMate Business allows you (the account holder) to send SMS service reminders to your own customers whose contact details you enter into the application.

  • Your responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to contact the recipients you add (for example, an existing service relationship or their consent), and that the phone numbers you enter are accurate and belong to people who expect to hear from you.
  • Role of the parties. With respect to your customers’ personal data, you act as the data controller and ExpireMate acts as the data processor, sending messages on your behalf and on your instruction.
  • Opt-out. Recipients can opt out of further reminders. You agree not to use ExpireMate to send unsolicited bulk or marketing messages, and to honour opt-out requests.
  • No guarantee of delivery. SMS delivery depends on third-party carriers and providers. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

User Account

To use the ExpireMate application you need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, as well as for all activities that occur under your account.
